Our 40,000 square foot machining facility houses over 50 state of the art manual and CNC machine tools and is fully equipped with overhead cranes to 25 tons in capacity. GMT, Inc. can handle all types of industrial repair, whether it’s a single component or a complete unit overhaul. Both short and long production runs also fit within our niche.

Our 20,000 square foot fabrication facility offers a full array of the latest fabricating and welding technologies. We are certified in the welding procedures of stick, MIG, TIG on virtually all types of metals. CNC flame and plasma cutting incorporated with our shears, brake presses and rolling equipment allows us to provide precision, high quality weldments. Also, the ability to restore worn components to original specifications offers our customers an alternative cost savings solution on irreplaceable equipment.

To enhance our machine shop and fabricating services to an even high level, GMT, Inc. also offers mechanical assembly and repair. We have a wide variety of presses including 300 ton wheel and plate presses and a 200 ton shaft straightening press. Together with our millwrights and machinists GMT, Inc. is able to service a failed component, disassemble it, replace or repair the damaged item and get it back in service as quickly as possible. These added services allow us to oversee a project from start to finish, thus reducing costs and ensuring a high level of control throughout the entire process.
