After turning a 16' dia. cutter head for a 22 ½" dia. tunneling machine - each ext. segment was fitted to the turned area, clamped in place, drilled, bored, spot faced & back spot faced with our portable horizontal bar View of one half of inner turbine water shield housing fabricated & machined by General Machine & Tool, Inc. Machining a 20 ton Hitachi shovel main frame bearing area which was bent .080" out of flat in our 7" Gil floor machine. Final run out .002" Machining a 300 ton press frame in our 5" G&L Bar after fabrication.
